I updated my bank details around 10 day ago but it is still showing as 'Pending for Validation'.
I understand what that means is that ARN was not generated. But I already got the ARN in my mobile number.
Also, when I check the status of the ARN number via the GSTportal, it shows as 'Approved'.
I'm not able to make any further amendments to my GST application because of this.
Should I just wait or is there something I should do to resolve this?
Any help would be highly appreciated!
Validation might still be pending by GST portal from details from bank.
The officer will approve your application as he has already done. After that portal takes time for validation of bank account with the details with bank and PFMS

I think that's what the matter is. There is a mismatch of address between the GST place of business and address registered with bank. The bank has the old address that I still use. Also, there is a minor name missmatch. There is a space between my first name and second name in Bank and no space in GST. Would you say that is the reason why it is pending validation?
If so, I think I will have to register an additional place of business with GST or change the address in bank, both of which is going to take time.
Can I start filing the returns for 11th March even with the bank status pending validation?
