you should send a confirmatin letter to all the banks, Dont forget to mention the Day and Date of Conducting Audit, There are also specific format for mentioning the Details of your Employees And Article Clerk who will be Engaged for the purpose of Statutory Audit and you should send \abovementioned details to all the banks who have sent you Email for Confirmation of Statutory Audit.  If possible, make a telephonic Contact with the Branch Manager of the Each of the Said Banks.
