I need to prepare balance sheet for a furniture company strated three years back.What are the details i should ask inorder to start the final accounts preperation?

You should ask the stock details, their income and expenses details, debtors and creditors balances, their turnover details as per GST, Income tax etc. query regarding loans and advances etc

Ask for trial balance if it is a computerized one and stock at the year 31stmar 2021

I presume you need balance sheet for last 3 years. in that case from your diary or kachha book, jot down all details and then prepare Balane sheet. if difficult then take help of any nearby consultant

Every country I guess has their own schedule 3 companies act. Visit that website and you can get the balance sheet format.
