if the b2c invoices is more than 2.5 lacs and intra state where should I enter on GSTR 1

aggregrate limit of 2.5 lakh is not to be seen.
Individual invoices has to be seen.
If your individual invoice is more than 2.5 Lakhs of B2C then show it in Table 5 - B2C (Large)
if your individual invoice are below 2.5 Lakhs irrespective of facts that aggregate of such goes above 2.5L, it is to be shown in table 7 - B2C (others)
