hi i m also enrolled under this course only since 2007, its a really slow procedure but its better when u'll compare it with college exams. u'll hav to opt one study center where u have to submit ur 'tutor marked assignments' and after submitting that then only u can give exams. go to www.ignou.ac.in and u'll find more details. if u have patience then u can opt for this course.
it may take 4 to 5 yrs to complete this course n u'll have a compulsion to pass PCC and i dont know the rules of IPCC. visit tht site u'll come to know more abt tht course.
