income tax efiling website is not showing java enabled ITR 3 form. many consultants have to say that they started uploading and filing the returns in ITR 3. IS IT POSSIBLE? Other than excel utility is it possible?

Sir, it's possible by use of Excel utility from income-tax website (free of cost)
or Paid return filing software available in market for filing your income tax return.

Java utility still not available for form ITR 3
