AY 2018-19 E-verification is pending then AY 2019-2020 refund will be processed or not ??

An ITR filed but not verified is treated as an invalid return by the income tax department. An invalid return would mean that you have not filed the ITR for a particular assessment year. In that case, you would be required to file the ITR again as belated return because your original one is treated as invalid.so first e verify 2018 19 return

Yes... The refund of AY 19-20 will be process. Dept can't stop the refund against unverified of the ITR for AY 18-19...

Yes, the refund will be processed for the AY 2019-20 irrespective of the fact that IT return was invalid for the AY 2018-19
