A Firm is providing training and aptitude education to students on behalf of collage whether it will come under auxiliary educational services? As In some cases the training is a part of course which is recognised by law and in some cases colleges asked for the same for students which is not part of the course.

Sir,

It is a taxable service plz check the Mega Exemption Notification 25/2012. If you fall then there is not tax liability to be created.
