during filing itr 4 for presumptive income 44ae transporter... I get auto populated tds and receipt in online itr which was less than tds & reciepts shown in 26as.
can I change the details in itr form to make it equal to 26As during return filing ?? is there can be any problem in future??

Yes, also very much advisable. Form 26AS (latest) is more authentic.
