Quick Summary
This discussion clarifies the validity of signatures on invoices for claiming Input Tax Credit (ITC). It addresses whether a pasted image of an authorised signatory or a 'system generated, signature not required' note is acceptable. The consensus is that manual or digital signatures by an authorised person are mandatory, with exceptions for specific financial institutions. Referencing Notification 39/2018 CT and Invoice Rules 2017, it's confirmed that proper authorisation is crucial for ITC claims.

Invoice should be signed by  authorized signatory.

If received invoice digitally signed then its ok, But if it is not signed and "it is a system generated invoice signature not required"is written then it is wrong.

Take the signed invoice from the supplier.

system generated invocie and signature is not required is only for financial institutions and banks not for all suppliers.

Yes it is valid
Please refer notification 39/2018 CT dated. 4/9/2018 , wherein documentary. requirements and conditions for claiming input Tax credit has been revised by the Govt so please go through notification.
Signing of GST Bill by authorised signatory is mandatory in GST rules. Further, Rule 1 of Invoice rules 2017 provides that tax invoices should be signed manually or digitally by the supplier or his authorised representative.
