No need "Authorized Signatory" for "Proprietorship Firm".
If u r a sole proprietor and also auth signatory, then there is no need for such letter
No need of letter of authorization for proprietorship.
can i leave that section full blank?? Will i be able to submit the application?? WIll it be accepted??

In the field of "Partners/ Promoters" tap You just click the option of "Also Authorized Signatory". It will get a Tick Mark after attending this...

What about Bank account details. Can i just enter 1 and leave it or should i provide the Bank details?? I don't have the bank account opened yet.
Bank account is compulsory to be shown.
You can enter Your Savings Bank Account details, Also You can use the Bank Details as Your ID proof and Address Proof if it's matched Your residential address...
