aug 2017 gstr-1 filing error

while giving submit in aug 2017 gstr-1 the error msg comes. "GSTR-1 Save/Action on Counterparty Invoices/submit are not allowed for current date. Please visit https://www.gst.gov.in for details on GSTR-1 timelines."

after completing GSTR-3 only, we can file August month GSTR-1,

THERE is no benefit to submit GSTR 1 for the m/o AUG 2017 if t/o doesn't exceed rs 1.5 cr

portal may be prepared QUARTERLY RETURNS for taxpayers whose t/o below rs 1.5 cr

NO IDEA AT ALL !!

Our volume is more than 1.5 Cr , hence we fall under monthly filings catogery , Not sure if anyone filed GSTR1 for Aug 2017 or not

Yes due date is 31.12.2017, but it is not allowing to file GSTR1 for Aug below error coming
