Proxy form has to be submitted before atleast 48 hours and after being fulfied all the requisite requirement he can attened the meeting and has no right to vote except on a poll.

Definately. Aperson can send two proxy forms containing names of two different people. The form received latest, but before 48 hours of commencement of meeting is accepted as final proxy.
A person represnting a company (that company being shareholder) at meeting is considered as proxy only but enjoys voting rights.
