You have said that even one paper is not submitted in ROC. You must be talking about ‘ROC Annual Return’ since while incorporating company, MoA, AoA etc. must have been submitted. In respect of Annual Return, you can file it NOW also (obviously penalty will be levied by ROC)

You have also said that ‘no submit TDS’ and you have given the business amount. I assume that company has paid such amount on which TDS had to be deducted but not deducted or paid. You can deposit TDS amount NOW also and can file the TDS return.  TDS has nothing to do with business turnover. If you have not paid any such amount on which TDS was not applicable, then irrespective of business turnover, no TDS provisions shall be applicable.

Hi Kumar,

First of all appoint a chartered accountant and he must file form 23 B and then you can file all the Annual Returns for all those years 31.3.2009, 31.03.2010 and 31.3.2011 and you have to pay additional fee also. You have to file Form 2 appointmnet of MD in Form 32 etc., etc to be filed with additional fee. Your DSC also be in force which is also to be in mind.
