Can Someone tell me, if the online applicaiton form for CPT exam should be attested by a CA or any gazzetted rank personnal ? I am terribly confused as I received several different answers.

Dont worry, even exam form for final can be attested by a member of ICAI/Gazetted officer.
it should be attested by practising CA or gazzatted officer at higher lever ( chairman of Muncipality )
