Attestation on final exam form

Is it compulsory that one must take practising chartered accountants signature on Ca Final exam form or A Members signature who is not is practice is sufficient? When the articleship is completed.also whether the member who is not in practice has to sign only or has to put a stamp also.? Thanks in advance.
