Attendance of chairman
Can the Chairman of Board to host the AGM through VC system?

Dear KPS,
I am attaching circulars of MCA corresponding to this issue but in my view, studying Circulars, i am of the vote that Chairman of the Board should be present personally as per section 174 of company act,1956.
