Attachments required for incorporating company using inc-29

Attachments to form INC-29 are;

1.Affidavit and declaration by Subscribers cum Proposed Director in form INC-9

2. Articles of Association of the Company

3. Declaration by CS or CA or ICW in INC-8

4. Memorandum of Association

4. NOC from owner or Director for using premises as Registered office and current bill or telephone bill ects showing proof of ownership, which shall not be older than two months

5. Verification of signatures of subscribers cum first director in INC-10 

6. Consent letter from the proposed director in form DIR-2 and list of entities in which proposed director have interest.

7. if you are applying for DIN in form INC-29, Affidavit in DIR-4, personal ID and residential proof of Applicants along with pasport size photo in JPG format.

sir but in DIR-4 it is mentioned that "particulars mentioned in DIR-3 are  true and also are in agreement with the documents being attached to the Form DIR-3". So is it required to file DIR-3 also.

Not required to file DIR-3 but change language in form DIR-4 suitably

In Inc-29 help kit, in attachments list it is said that interest of directors in proposed company shall be disclosed and attached. Is there any format for that, is it to be attached mandatorily.

If proposed directors have any interest in other entities, body corporates and companies etc, they have to disclose, there is no specific format but you can use format of MBP-1 for same.

Are any attachments to be executed on stamp paper ? If any to be executed, then on what value of stamp paper shall be used ? 

Are any attachments to be notarized ?

INC 9 to be in Affidavit mode, Franking of Rs. 20 as well as notary is required.

it is good practice to take INC-10 also on stamp paper and notarizing it but not mandatory.

Whether MOA and AOA needs to be signed by director before attaching the same in INC 29 and how to pay the fees for the same?

For MOA & AOA subscriber shall be attached which should as per rule 15.

Subscribers of the intended company shall mention their interest in the company to be incorporated in writing. 

It shall be counter signed by a practising professional.

Fee for MOA & AOA can be paid through MCA portal.
