Attachments for MCA Form 1

Most sources I have referred to seem to suggest that one should  a) print out the MoA and AoA (which are usually in MS Word)  b) then scan all the pages (150 to 200 DPI)   c) and then attach the scanned images to Form 1

The total number of pages is coming to about 25, in my case, and so I have about 25 different image files. Could someone kindly explain how exactly I am supposed to attach these to Form 1? Should I incorporate all these imaged into two files (one for AoA and MoA each) and then attach those files ? How do I do that? Should I convert the image files into PDF?

Or is it okay to just convert the Word files (of MoA and AoA) directly into PDF and then upload them...instead of scanning the pages?

Please help!

Attach PDF files only.

In the last page of the MOA and AOA, the details of the subscribers are entered. The subscribers should write their name and the numbers of shares which they are subscribing in their handwriting only.

So what I would say is that you take the printout of the MOA and AOA, if possible, get every pages of it signed by a practising CS and then get it scanned and attach with Form 1. And attach MOA and AOA seperately.

me agree vth mr. sumit & also required to attached the copy of POA

whenever you file any document there is need to attach the PDF Files only. so convert the image file into PDF and then scan and make one PDF file of MOA separately and of AOA separately and attach with Form 1

Much better is just to convert the word file into PDF and merge the subscriber page duly signed by the subscribers in their own hand writing and attach with the E Form. There is no need to get the whole MOA AOA signed i.e. no need to get these documents signed rather only subscriber page is required to be signed only.

Everyone - thanks for the replies.

Mohit - pls can you confirm if you have tried out the method you suggested?  The reason I ask is that it appears to be the quickest and easiest option...but I came across this link 10. Is this conversion facility only for Annual Filing Forms? https://www.mca.gov.in/MCA21/dca/annualfiling/faq_pdf_conversion.html which seems to suggest that this can be used only for Annual Filings...which is sad.

But maybe the regulation is outdated or I am reading it wrong... so if you could please confirm that the method has worked for you, that would be immensely helpful.

Thanks in advance!

The solution suggested by Mohit Saluja is perfect. I have tried this method for incorporating two companies and there had been no problems.

can you provide the format of Power of attoney which submitted with Form 1
