Issue regarding Notice u/s 148 Reply :
1st we received Intimation letter and then received Re-assessment Notice u/s 148.
We given reply to notice uploaded in issue letter erroneously, is that reply considerable or not ??
Or Else we have to upload in Re-assessment notice u/s 148.
Please help.
Yes, whatever reply you have uploaded will be considered, if the same is attached to the link provided on your portal. Otherwise it will not help to resolve your issue.
