I have till date not rec'd assessment nor refund for FY 16 -17. Returns have been filed by due date.pls advise

Check in the online portal, in the worklist- for your action or make refund reissue request
It do happens sometimes, because of many different reasons.
U need to work out the reason why u are not getting the refund. Reasons can be
Account number wrong
Ifsc wrong
TDS claimed not available
Old outstanding demand etc.
Just logged in to the account and see the reason.
If it is failed then as per sundram sir u can raise request for refund reissue
