As per mca clarification if any projects develop is not taken place due to reason beyond control the cost of borrowing was suspended what will happen in a case when a bridge was under development and work was not carried out due to heavy rainfall whether cost of borrowing will be suspended or not.
In case of a place where heavy rainfall is expected during the period , borrowing cost will not be suspended.
But in case of a place where heavy rainfall is not expected , borrowing cost will be suspend.
