I have heard that CA Uttam ji has allowed to take one transfer during your articleship period (as announced in CA student Magazine of September 2009). IS it true?If a person has alreday taken transfer ago, is she allowed one more transfer?Please reply urgently......

I Have read this news at caclub site that notification has to be come in Newsletter SEP Edition .So Lets Seee Wht Happens. Cause I Am Also Watinggggggggggg.... If its True then it will be good For All the students....????????
Rather then allowing transfer, better reduce PCC articleship period by 6 months
