I think This was applicable to the student whose transfer cases were pending before june 2009

Only one transfer is allowed in 3.5 yrs period

so if any student alrady take a transfer they cann't take the another transfer

 no transfer is allowed guys... that notification was just for the students whose cases were pending in ICAI as on 11 july !

hi, there is notification that the students who r under going graduation through regular college as on 1st may 2008 - they can continue their college and articleshp simltaneously,

and students taking admission after 1st may 2008 cant go for regular college,

can any one provide me that notification?????
