hey no tramsfer is allowed yet . We don't know why Mr. Uttamji give bios to the students. The mistake of some dummy article can not leived on all. The institute has to do something. Hey friends just oppose the restiction on transfer by sensing atleast 1 mail to president.

the announcement was a one time decision allowing transfer application made before 11july.
