Hello There,
I Am a student of Final I am having a querry with regard to the transfer of Articleship.
If a student is originally registered for Articleship in Jamnagar takes a transfer in Second year in Ahemdabad and Now, In second year itself, after approx 6 Months, he wants to take a Transfer again, That too in Ahemdabad coz his tutions are there,can he do so?
If Yes What is the procedure and Forms to be filled by him?
Please reply ASAP
TUTIONS IS NOT A VALID REASON FOR TAKING TRANSFER. YOU MAY NOT BE ALLOWED.
KINDLY READ RULES OF TRANSFER AFTER 1ST YEAR OF ARTICLESHIP ON ICAI WEBSITE.
Mam Actually Tution is not the main reason.
Main Reason is Something else which is one of the reasons as have been prescribed by the ICAI but the problem is that can he take transfer again that too in The same City?
Earlier He has taken a Transfer from Jamnagar to Ahemdabad & Now Can he take a transfer in A'bad again?
