while applying 4 pcc exam i was in articleship n eligible 4 exam also.  I got termination now . can i write exam or not. is there any rule that while writing exam i should be in articleship?

Hey Shabeer, there is no such rule which states that while writing exam u should be in articleship.

So as per my knowledge, u r eligible to write ur pcc exam...

Stipend for CS Students has been increased to Rs.2000 per month. I hope that ICAI also learns something from them & increases the Stipend of CA Students.....

iam just getting a feeling that iam a bounded labour...

i am unable to concentrate on my studies due to such nature of my principal.

Hav the transfer rulez changd???

One of my friends was telling dat transfers are now allowed without permission from ICAI. Is it true???

hey no notification is still on ICAI. Contact to ICAI H.O. or branch office.

No, there is no notification regarding transfer uptil now.....

Transfers are not allowed at the moment but dont worry I'm sure that the rules will change.....

And Don't forget to send my letter to ICAI's e-mail IDs....

How can you be sure that transfer will allow ??? Do you find any hope ?????

Whatever I've heard of Mr.Amarjit Chopra is that he was not in favour of UPA's policies & also he did not like UPA's decision of restricting transfers. So now that he has come into power I think he might bring some relaxation in this rule....

Hey debojit 2 months has been passed of  appointing Mr. Chopra but stiill no announcement is there.

@ Gautam: The Announcement will not come so easily, after all its a very big decision to make. We have to keep reminding ICAI about the seriousness of this matter. Therefore, u all are requested to send the mail on the first page to ICAI's e-mail IDs. Also tell ur friends to visit:

Yes, we all are trying our best & of course we need to unite.....

We need to keep putting pressure on the Institute regarding this matter & I'm sure We'll succeed one day....
