Articleship Problems and Suggestions

debojit i have one suggestion to add in that see that & if u think add also.

these bend is against the freedom of student.

that might be a case that some students including girls may exploited by  their principles in one or other way.

so if institute has put this restriction then ,is Mr. Uttam prakas agrwal ready to take responsiblity of all this??????????????????????/

& has he even single time thought about the students while making these rules??????????????

in addition we are not the employee but learner,student, trainee.

rather their should be a rule that in duration of articleship period ther should be trainging under 2 or more then that C.A. that helps students more & more knowlegeble.

I agree with u & i m also sending this one.

Not sure abt this. Institute's rule says that transfer is not allowed in the 1st 6 months & last 1 year. However ur case is different, its better u contact the Institute on dis matter....

Thanx for ur support! And ur point is also valid. U can add ur own suggestions to my letter to bring forward ur point. After all, there are many other problems that are not covered in my letter. But dont forget to mail it to the Institute....

so some rules should be change for great future of ca student.

its absolutely right bcz it gives an unfair advantage to the auditors on the Article students............

No Sachin, Transfer of Articles is not allowed at the moment.

But it is heard that transfers will be allowed once the New President takes over....

So keep ur fingers crossed & Lets Hope for the Best.....

ya seriously waiting for the Up coming of the new president.So that he makes sumthing happens which allows tranfer during the period of article ship..... Everyone is seriously fed up of wat is actully happening....N yes last but not the least thanks to Debojit for raising a voice against the concerned matter.

i dont think anybody forced u to do so ESPECIALLY FROM D INSTITUTE...

i know that this education system needs to be improved bt it is not a rite attitude to say that change it or else u'll leave it....

and apart from this

BECOMING CA IS UR DREAM ...

ARTICLESHIP IS JUST A HURDLE ...

CONQUER IT.... I KNOW U CAN DO THAT U HAVE 1 YRS OF EXPERIENCE....

 This is like backstabbing by our esteemed institute; once we are well and truly in the course they change a fundamental rule. We can't turn back. ICAI should revoke or relax transfer rule.

And for debojit; 1 years might have gone; 2.5 years are still left bro. Won't he feel bored doing the same thing again and again. What if his office only has same type of work?

first of all i would like ro thank Mr.Debojit for making aware/inspiring the CA students to convey their hardship to the institute.

i have done my part by sending the mails to all the mail ids

and i would feel that all the ca students shuold know this and have to send it to the institute.
