Debojit, its really great to see that such issues are been taken up by the students. I really appreciate your action. I will surely mail the letter. Hope that the path you have first stepped on ends up every CA students problem relating to articleship.

guyz yeh post almost 1 year pehle hua tha...bt no action or decision as such regarding fair treatment 4 articleship is taken or announced by ICAI....r dey havin a deaf ears on our problem...?

Any body can help me please
i passed ca inter in 2006 and not able to complete ca as i got a central govt job. Now i am studying for icwai final also. But still my mind is to complete ca. If there any option to complete ca final as i had not undergone articleship training. but i had worked for around 3 years as audit assistant. i canot leave the job. is there any option to complete ca final along with a job. or what is the only possibility or option to complete. Experts please give me a reply as soon.

Sir ...i am doing articleship and completaed 1 year and 3 months i want transfer from my articleship because i have financial problem in continue articleship at another place..i want go my hometown and continue our articleship there...........but there are lost of restriction of taking transfer after 1 year...........

The same with me... I just want to quit articles and go for CS or CMA course instead... They are many CA's who are successfull vthot articles.. I just want freedom not slavery..I want to be myself independent. Today i really feel bad y i tuk CA being an article
