Hello I have my Completed Articleship But I have some extension period to be served whether such period could be done in another state
I would be living with my relatives there for such extension period is it allowed ?
Any address change would be there As I would not be living in my hometown during such period.
please guide me urgently

Summary: You can serve your articleship extension in another state by transferring to a new principal. Because you have already completed your initial term, you must obtain prior approval from the ICAI by submitting a written request with a valid reason (relocation) and your current principal’s recommendation. Once approved, you will terminate your current articleship via Form 109 and re-register with a new principal using Forms 102 and 103.
