SOUNDS CINEMATIC,WORTH A TRY!!! : Try to get a video recording of your auditor not complying with ICAI and spoiling your future!

My CA is not sighning form 108 even with extension. I have completed my 3yrs training. I don't have any diary or attendence record but yes i have 31 cheque in my A/c . One another proof is that he has sighned my CA final examination form for nov 2014 and certifed that I am serving the last 6 month of training and it will be completed  inclusive excess leave on 30th Nov 2014 ie on or before 30th april 2015.  Can ICAI help me in this issue. what remedies is available for me. please guide any body in this matter.

But varun is my prrofs mentioned above are sufficient to show my articleship status to ICAI, Is there is any risk to move to ICAI against my CA.Whether my CA can say to ICAI that its 1yr training is remaining or any fake period like this.

pls guide me in detail.

Bro,I have not begun my articleship yet!

But i know such kinds of incidents faced by my other friends. If your cheques in the bank pass book prove that your CA paid you those amounts,you are good to go.
