Is it ok if we join articleship after 1 year of termination?? Will the months spent before articleship be counted?? After termination can we take 1 year gap to join again?

means from termination of articleship or termination of registration, or termination of course.. what?

Are you completed all the formalities for termination of articleship before 1 year I mean filing of termination form ect?

No, it is not going to be easy for your CA final attempt. If you join after one year of termination period then it will be counted for your attempt. There is No time limit to rejoin articleship training after Terminaion period but the months of termination period will be counted for your attempt.

Yes, if we join articleship after 1 year then the period completed/ served earlier is also counted for total period of articleship.

If you are asking to join Articleship after one year without any termination period then your due periods for Final attempt will be counted from your Articleship joining date till the completion period.
