So what is your problem?

d problem is - will ICAI allows me to do so? i go to my college just to give exams....
Fill form 112 n send to ICAI .Remember CA is more Important ur Bcom

Dear shailendra shukla,

It is not Permitted as per ICAI Regulation to do a Regular Course, along with your Internship, Even u r principal is at Risk, There are number of Cases where the Principal memership is removed Because of this Issue (Ref CA final Auditing Chapt 22, Page num 22.21 of PM Q num 12 (C),). so My suggestion is to discontinue the Regular Degree, and Continue the Internaship, In case u ignore my suggestion, u will be in trouble in Future, becasue in future if icai comes to know that, u have done regular course, then it will send u a letter for expalnation and it wil take the desciplinary action as per the Regulation which is risky,

Based on above decide ur self, feel free to communicate in case of any doubts.

Thanks

Deva

Hi better to go for Correspondence Course , Instead of Regular Course.

Would advice you to switch to correspondence mode.

On completion of CA, bcom degree doesnt count much.

Go for a good articleship exposure, simultaneously prepare for ur CA final exams.

(My personal opinion, others may differ.)

icai give permission to do other course only if the other couse time is not between 11 am to 6 pm.....n also college doesnt have power to give permission for not attendence of class.....so u cant do articleship in another city while conducting regular b.com.....the only way to do so is convert your regular admission into external.....
