I passed CA ipcc 1st group but my 2nd group is not clear but I Have done B.COM and M.COM(ABST) from Rajasthan University so can i join Grant and Thornton or BDO as Trainee..... ? :-(

You can join anywhere but i suggest just ask them for the leaves that will be allowed for you to give your g2..
its nt as easy as we think to join such big ca firms if only one group is cleared,seek contacts or references... else start wid mediocre firms n then try to take transfer within 1 year.
yes i'm agree with you but if any one have no contacts or reference then what should they do.......
