i took termination on 28-4-2009, i sent form 109 to chennai on same  date it has already reahed on 29-4-09. i want  to join in same city i.e. bangalore. rules r not clear i'm confused  Plzzzzz give me suggestion

sir is it confirmed that their is an extension in the date for taking transfer..

p;ease guide me so that i can do something urgently...

sir i have sent the termination form to chennai dated 18-4-09 on 29-4-09 and it reached chennai on 30-4-09. And i have also forwarded the form no102 & 103 to mumbai before 30-04-09. if i am not granted termination what will happen to my form no 102 & 103. will they be sent back.

i have taken termination from vijayawada and joined in ahmedabad. please reply soon

i have did 1year traning in dehradun and than i take transfer to delhi.

know i want to know that can i again take transfer to dehradun ( where i complet my 1 year traning). is new rule appose this?

At present m doin my articleship from Porbandar..but now i want to take transfer at ahmedabad..is it possible for me??

Before i was doin my articleship from surat then 3 months ago i had taken transfer from there and got registered at porbandar..now i want to join artricleship at ahmedabad/

the notification which came on 27th march has been removed from the site icai,org

But in case if anybody has taken transfer on 30th April but has not deposited the form in the Institute relying on the notification that it can be done till 15th May,in that case what can be done.Please suggest. 

If the date for t/f of articleship is extended then can i do my articleship in the same city where I was doing my articleship earlier or i have to do it outside the range of 50 kms.
