WE NEED TO MAKE A MONTHLY PRACTICAL RECORD OF ALL THE WORK WE HAVE DONE?

I think its up to your principal to make sure proper records of work done are maintained. For example in my office we have a seperate register for this purpose. At the end of the day every article must put the date, his/ her name, client's name and the particulars of work done. Thanks.
