I am working as FM in 361DM. We are doing online platforms for university programs for which we have collaborations with important universities all over India and students are getting admitted for these programs. Also we developed our own IT programs for students/corporates for which we would do admissions for our own IT programs. My question is 1) Are Service tax and Vat applicable on our own developed programs?
2) If applicable what is the rate?
