Scehdule III of CGST 2017 :
"2. Services by any court or Tribunal established under any law for the time being in force." is NOT A SUPPLY
Entry in RCM:
"Services provided or agreed to be provided by an arbitral Tribunal", the RCM APPLIES when provided to any Business Entity.
Arbitral tribunal and Tribunal established under any law for the time being in force are not one and the same.
"Arbitral Tribunal is an arbitrator appointed under the provisions of arbitration and conciliation Act, 1996."
