Aquery regardin first attempt
I filled up the exam form (ca final) but Due to some reasons i wont be able to write my final in may 12 . I will have to completely skip this attempt n will apppear in nov 12 for final exams so my query is whether nov 12 will be consider as my first attempt or the 2nd one?

I would also like to know the same for IPCC...

It will be considered as second attempt. Since you have paid the fee, your attempt will be treated as 2nd.
