Notification XXXX/XX/XXXX " The ICAI has decided, considering the hard syllabus and hardship in training, the CA degree will be awarded as soon as the candidate enters the profession, and after that he can start his/her practice. If a candidate is willing to take exams, he is most welcome, If not, no problem"

Notification from Income Tax Department

"Considering the amount of revenue generated for the Government by the noble profession of Chartered Accountantancy, the government of India hereby exempts all Chartered Accountants, whether in Practise or in Industry or a student registered with ICAI, from Payment of tax, both direct and Indirect"... LOL
