Whether a legal heir can approve Form 3CD without attaching digital signature.
Because when I am trying to upload there is no option of attaching Digital signature

FORM 3CD IS APPLICABLE FOR A COMPANY /BUSINESS ,SO U CANNOT UPLOAD DIGITAL SIGNATURE IF THE SAME HAS NOT BEEN REGISTERED PREVIOUSLY.
FIRST REGISTER AS LEGAL HEIR AFTER GIVING DETAILS OF DECEASED THEN UPLOAD IT.
IT SHOULD ALLOW.

Legal heir if registered for ITR filing then it's ok. no further need to register DSC for legal heir.
Bcoz Form 3CD will be uploaded by Tax auditor log in. and only legal heir will have to approve it
