Dear All,
A public Ltd. Co. having a paid-up capital of less than Rs. 5 crores appointed a WTD on 1st June, 2009 without remuneration. His Form 23 and 25C was duly filed after his appoinment.
Now the Company has decided to give remuneration to him w.e.f. 1st April, 2010. I am aware that this remnertaion shall be within the terms of Sch XIII and with approval of shareholders.
My Query is does the co. have to file form 25C again??
Pl. help!!
