Appointment of whole time directors

For the Purpose of Change in Designation of Director to Whole Time Director, :

Hold the Board meeting  to aproove the proposal for change in designation of Director of the Company

Hold the Annual General meeting and appoint Director as the Whole Time Director of the Company

File Form DIR 12 within 30 days of appointment along with neccssary attachments:

Letter of Appointment

Consent letter to act as a Director

Particulars of Change of designation of Directors shall be entered in Register of Director under section 170 of Companies Act 2013.

But in case of Private Company, Kindly go through Articles of The Company if there is neccessary additional requirement.
