Appointment of statutory auditor of a newly formed company

Dear All,

Please answer my query:

Section 224 says that the Statutory auditor should be appointed at an AGM, but if a Company is incorporated recently and AGM is not in view as of now, then how it should appoint Statutory auditor?

Thanks in advance.

AS PER MY KNOWLEDGE

THE COMPANY CAN APPOINT STATUARY AUDITOR  IN THE FIRST  BOARD MEETING IN SAME MANNER AS IN AGM

COMPANY HAS TO SEND APPOINTMENT LETTER TO THE AUDITOR.

REGARDS

First Auditors will be appointed by Directors in the Board meeting who will hold office till the date of AGm tyan in AGM shareholders will appoint the auditors.
