Appointment of first director
While appointing the first director of a private limited company, to whom shall the Form DIR 2 and Form DIR 8 be addressed? Similarly who shall issue the appointment letter to the concerned Director?

Form Dir 2 to be addressed to the Company. And the appointment letter is not required to be attached for appointment of first directors.
