Appointment of auditor
Dear Sir,
I have one query in case if auditor is not ratified in agm then it is treated casual vanacy and according to section 139(8) it is filled up by board and adt-1 is filed within 30 days by filling adt-1 what is the procedure kindly help me its urgent.
