A partnership was appointed as the auditor for a period of five years after commencement of Companies Act, 13. Where in Details of Mr. A (CA, partner) was provided in form ADT-1 along with other details of the Firm.
Now Mr. A (CA) has left the partnership in the firm.
My question is whether a fresh form -ADT1 has to be filed or the continuing partner of the firm can sign the Audit Report.

Fresh ADT-1 is not required to be filed in this case. Previous ADT-1 was filed for appointment of Auditor's firm and not the specific partner.
