Appointment as a nri as director in pvt ltd company

Get him PAN and DIN for him  supporting  documentn like ID  proof related.

You can appoint the NRI as a director in a private limited company.  There is no need his presence in India at that time of appointment.

Just we have to get DSC & DIN for appointment as he is the director of the company & Prepare the Board resolution for the same.

The ID proofs and Address proofs has to be appostilled by the foreign notary for getting DSC & DIN
