I have two small doubts in respect of Sec-54ECas explained below------
A.Is it applicable to a NRI Individuals?
B.LTCG is of Rs51lakhs,The person has invested Rs51lakhs in RECL within the prescribed time period.Whether Rs50lakh can availed U/s-54EC & remaining 1lakh Us-80C by the assesee ?
Yes NRI individual can take benefit of section 54E. and for second question no. you can not invest remaining capital gain u/s 80c.
