No you need to follow nov 2019 book ,if u r attempting in nov 2020 attempt book contains additional topics with are not relevant to november but relevant to may 2020 exams
May 2020 Edition book has mentioned extra amendments which are given after each chapter saying applicable for may 2020 exams. So it's better to refer this Edition for November 2019 exam, because everything (amendments +notifications +circulars) are included in every topic chapter wise, making one place to study and understand. So deferring to may 2020 taxation study material of icai will help for November 2019 exams. ✌️
